Helensburgh Pier. Emergency services raced to the scene after 5pm last night to reports of a person in the water and the body of a 25-year-old woman was recovered shortly after.
The woman has been widely named online as Charmaine O'Donnell. Officers earlier confirmed a 28-year-old man had been arrested in connection with the death.He has now been charged and is due to appear at Dumbarton Sheriff Court on Monday 26 April 2021.
