Officers were called to reports of 'suspicious activity' on Bell Street in the city centre around 3pm on Saturday March 27.Pictures from the scene show a number of officers outside a block of flats, with reports of forensic teams also in attendance.Police confirmed they were in attendance this afternoon and that a man had been cuffed.The circumstances surrounding the 'suspicious activity' are not known at this time.A Police
