A man has been killed after he was gunned down in an Ayrshire home.
The 42-year-old was discovered at a property on Nithsdale Road in Ardrossan shortly before 4.50pm.
Police have confirmed that he later died at the scene.
Now detectives have launched a manhunt in a bid to trace the gunman.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 4.50pm on Sunday, 24 May, 2020 a 42-year-old man and 46-year-old woman were within a house in Nithsdale Road, Ardrossan when a man entered the house and discharged
