UPDATE: More details have emerged from the accident that claimed the lives of two actors and injured six crew members in Mexico while filming Netflix series The Chosen One.

The Associated Press) reported Thursday that a van they were riding in near Mulege on the Baja California Sur peninsula flipped and ran off the road in a desert area. The crew had been working in the nearby Santa Rosalia area.The AP confirmed Friday via the Baja California Department of Culture that the two individuals killed in the crash were identified as Raymundo Garduño Cruz and Juan Francisco González Aguilar.

Crew members were riding in a van when it crashed and flipped in an accident near filming of the Netflix series The Chosen One.
