Married at First Sight star Davina Rankin has confirmed that she and her husband, Jaxon Manuel, have split after less than a year of marriage. Davina rose to prominence when she appeared as on MAFS Australia in 2018. During her time on the show, she became notorious for cheating on her 'husband' Ryan Gallagher with Dean Wella, a right-wing YouTuber, but she later blamed her actions on bad editing.
Following her time on the show, Davina met Jaxon and the pair welcomed a daughter together before getting hitched. Fans had speculated for a while that the pair had gone their separate ways, and the 31-year-old has now confirmed the break-up in an Instagram post. She shared a sunset snap along with the caption: "Relationships are hard.
Given the recent speculation, I feel like I need to confirm that Jax and I have separated." She continued by saying that despite the split they will continue to co-parent their three-year-old daughter, Mila-Mae. "I will at some point discuss this further, but my current focus is learning to navigate my new normal while providing a seamless and loving transition into co-parenting for our daughter." Along with the post, she also unfollowed Jaxon.The two married in a luxurious ceremony in April last year, but by August rumours of separation had begun to swirl as Jaxon stopped appearing in pictures on his wife's social media.
