Peggy Rose has shared a cryptic message on Instagram following her split from boyfriend Georges Berthonneau.
The 32 year old took to her Stories to address her followers ahead of the Married At First Sight UK reunion airing. Peggy, who announced her split from Georges, 30, on 14 February, told her followers she wouldn't be tuning in to watch the reunion episode, which aired on 26 February on E4. She insisted "the truth will come out" and said she "believes in karma" in the post.
"I just wanted to say, I hope you all enjoy the MAFS reunion tonight. I won't be watching it because I can't bear to see me be a fool and be with a liar," Peggy said. "And I'm gutted because I feel like I've let you all down.
And, it'll just be really hard to watch. I hope you all enjoy it," she continued. Peggy concluded her message: "I absolutely loved it.
You know, when I was there, in love - I thought it was love. But the truth will come out is all I can say and I believe in karma. So yeah, I'm trying to be the bigger person but it's hard." Peggy and Georges were paired together on the 2023 edition of MAFS and their romance appeared to be going strong after the show finished.
However, Peggy announced on Valentine's Day that she and Georges had ended things. Both Peggy and Georges released statements regarding their split and have continued to share their side of the story in interviews and on social media.
