Married At First Sight fans couldn’t believe Peggy’s dramatic transformation after it emerged that she was once a contestant on Take Me Out. Peggy Rose Lawrence, 32, is currently married to husband Georges Berthonneau on MAFS and trying to make things work after a rocky start.
But fans can’t quite believe Peggy’s dramatic makeover after clips were re-discovered of her appearing on Take Me Out in 2012. Peggy now has long blonde hair but can be seen with a completely different look as a brunette on the ITV dating show, which saw a man try and win a date with one of 30 women, before jetting off for a romantic holiday on the island of Fernando’s.
In the clip, Peggy has long brown hair and is wearing a lacy black top with hoop earrings, and tells the male guest: "I love you. You're gorgeous.
You're really really good looking." Fans shared their thoughts on the resurfaced clip on X, with one writing: “When Peggy premiered our TV sets on Take Me Out. Actual cringe! George’s squats having nothing on this." Another person wrote: “I’m just catching up on the new MAFS, I refuuuuuse to believe that Peggy is the same woman that was on Take Me Out.” A third person wrote: “I am actually deceased at this ten year younger Peggy from #MAFSUK on Take Me Out." Meanwhile, a fourth person said: “Finally know where I recognise Peggy from, she was on Take me out from yearsssss ago!!” Peggy and husband Georges' relationship seemed promising from the start when they were initially attracted to each other.
