Lucy Mecklenburgh shows off her toned abs in a bikini after revealing how she lost four stone post-birth

Lucy Mecklenburgh has shared with fans the impeccably organised holiday packing she did for her baby son Roman. Speaking to her 1.7 million followers on Instagram, the star explained that she actually made lists to ensure that she had everything for her young son.

Revealing that she'd put on four stone during her pregnancy, including before and after snaps of herself posing in underwear while pregnant and the same bikini snap from her holiday, Lucy explained that she had not done any "fad diets".
