Love Island star, 27, who is originally from Carmarthen, revealed on his Instagram account in late July that his younger brother had died and that he had lost his "beautiful little brother to mental health". In a heartfelt post to his brother, who he said was due to start medical school next month, Dr Alex shared his family's devastation.
