Love Island’s Liberty Poole admits she's ‘bored of boys’ as she swears off dating

Love Island star Liberty Poole has given an update on her dating life, telling OK! she's "happily single" after dating one guy when she first left the villa in 2021. And after things didn't work out, Dancing on Ice star Liberty, 23, says she's "bored of boys" and wants to focus on herself and her own happiness. "I dated one person out of the public eye for a while when I first left the villa, but that didn’t work out, so now I’m focusing on myself," says Liberty.
"I’m not going to lie, I’m just bored of boys! I’m sick of going through the same s**t with a different boy." She continued: "I don’t know whether it’s my age group, or whether it’s just dating in general, but I feel like social media has such an impact on dating. "Boys can have an amazing girl but feel like they’re only getting 80% from them, so they look on Instagram for the [other] 20%.The cheek! They always think the grass is greener." Liberty - who coupled up with Jake Cornish on the dating show - added: "I’d rather be an independent boss lady than settle for that," before revealing that she isn't writing any future romances off for good. "I’m not closing the door on my dating life, though.
If the right person comes along, I’ll be over the moon," she shared. Liberty left the villa last year when she and Jake decided it was their time to leave. And speaking of Jake, Liberty tells us that they have had "absolutely no contact" since their break-up.
She explained: "I have no issue with him – if I ever saw him I’d be civil. But for now, we have no way of getting in touch with one another." Explaining that she has "no regrets" about deciding to leave the villa on her own accord, she admitted: "The vibe between me and Jake had changed. It was time to go." It comes
