Laura Anderson, a memorable contestant from Love Island’s fourth series, has just shared the news that she’s having needle-based treatment Morpheus8 in a bid to improve the condition of her skin. “I’ve just come to the most posh clinic, Hortman’s [in Dubai].There’s even a red carpet! I’m seeing the famous Rebecca Treston to get the most amazing facial I’ve been wanting for so long – Morpheus8. It’s going to be a little bit painful but the results speak for themselves,” Laura says to her 1.4 million Instagram followers.
“Watch me get numbed up and then show my results,” she adds. The 32 year old then shares a series of further videos and images at various stages of the non-surgical procedure. At one point she can be seen with a full face mask of numbing cream covered with plastic wrap. Not her chicest look, but she seems confident the results will be worth it.
“It increases collagen production, lifts and tightens loose skin, diminishes fine lines and wrinkles, minimises scarring,” she writes, speaking of treatment. The former Islander finally shares the results of her session, chatting to the camera while showing off her blotchy base. Since the treatment combines micro-needling with radiofrequency technology – which delivers energy deeper into the skin and causes your face to become tighter and firmer from one treatment – redness can be expected, but will subside within a day or two.The good results will then begin to show over the next few weeks. Laura isn’t the only celeb fan of Morpheus8.
