Love and Hip Hop star Apple Watts has been left in critical condition after being involved in a serious car crash in California.The 36 year old is reported by TMZ to have suffered “life threatening injuries” in result of her black Mercedes colliding with a Ford pickup truck on Wednesday. Ms Watts rose to fame after appearing on season five and six of VH1s Love and Hip Hop, where she documented her journey breaking into the music industry following on from being a stripper.The LA native’s horrific crash was confirmed by her sister, who told reporting social media page The Shade Room that Ms Watts had been driving form LA to Las Vegas when the incident occurred.

Ms Watts was taken to a hospital in Nevada following on from the collision where she reportedly remains unresponsive after suffering “major injuries” of a broken spine, fractured skull and a shattered arm. A family friend told The Shade Room that Ms Watts might find it difficult to carry out everyday tasks such as walking and feeding herself in effect of her injuries.
