Finding things to watch and listen to has been an everyday struggle while in lockdown and we’ve been looking for something new to get excited about.
Thankfully the new Louis Theroux podcast, which is being launched next week with BBC is just what we needed to get some good listening in.
Much like the rest of us, the Bafta-award winning filmmaker is at home with plenty of time on his hands and so is putting it to good use and beginning a new podcast series.

As the 49-year-old prepared the carrot and coriander pancake dish for his family, he cut off the top of his finger and was forced to lie down to recover. While it sounds very painful, the documentary maker made light of the situation on Instagram.

Louis Theroux is to host his own podcast series interviewing subjects including Sir Lenny Henry and Boy George.
British documentary maker Louis Theroux's production company, Mindhouse Productions, has secured a first-look distribution deal with BBC Studios. The arrangement marks a return for Theroux (My Scientology Movie), who left the BBC's commercial arm just last year to set up the independent banner alongside his executive producer Arron Fellows and TV director Nancy Strang, with the aim of to tackling thought-provoking and complex subjects, some with Theroux attached onscreen.
