Lottie Moss has given an emotional update after breaking down on camera as she discussed her struggles with addiction and mental health. The 26-year-old half-sister of supermodel Kate Moss thanked her fans for their messages of support after she shared her upset on TikTok on Monday, 15 January, and admitted she sometimes didn't "recognise" the person she'd become. Giving her update "from yesterday to today", on January 16, the OnlyFans model said: "I'm five days sober today, and I feel really happy about it.
"I'm already starting to feel better, but my sleep - I don't know if anyone else has got this when they're newly sober - but my sleep patterns... Like yesterday, I went to sleep at 9 o' clock, did a face mask, got into bed, read for a little bit. "I fell asleep listening to Diary of a CEO, which is amazing.
I woke up at 1.30am and I was wide awake. I just couldn't sleep. I don't know if anyone gets that when they're newly-sober, but I've heard that's kind of a thing, that you can't really sleep for the first few weeks." Lottie, who was dressed in sports gear and ready to hit the gym, said she had met up with a friend working in Public Relations who had helped her make a plan of action for the next few months.
She explained: "I want to get back into the swing of work, which will help keep me busy and occupied, and I won't be so impulsive to drink." Lottie also went on a shopping trip with friends, who indulged in alcohol later in the day, but Lottie stuck to the soft drinks. She said: "I didn't even want it, and I never thought I'd get there. I always thought if I see people drinking or doing drugs where I am, I would want to do it.
