Lorraine Kelly has shared her ultimate hangover cure after a surprise anniversary party left her with a bit of a sore head.
The TV favourite and her husband Steve recently celebrated 30 years of marriage and their daughter Rosie threw them a surprise party at the weekend to mark the milestone occasion. Lorraine posted a snap on Instagram of her and Steve donning tartan outfits and wrote: "THE MOST AMAZING SURPRISE!!! Thank you my beautiful @rosiekellysmith and what a brilliant band!!! The best ever."
Lorraine's little brother Graham also flew in from Singapore to celebrate with the couple at their special day. During a segment about hangover cures on Lorraine's show today with Dr Amir, Lorraine told him all about the special party organised by her 28-year-old daughter Rosie.
Dr Amir said to Lorraine: "Morning Lorraine, you're looking lovely, but I've got to say you're looking a little bit tired today! Have you been partying too hard?
Lorraine laughed: "I may or may not have been partying all weekend... Amir, my lovely Rosie threw us a totally surprise anniversary party."
A picture of the couple and their daughter then appeared on the screen. Lorraine added: "There she is with her dad and that's me and my little brother who came over from Singapore with his lovely girlfriend, and there's my best friend Joyce and her husband Paul. So many people were there and I had absolutely no idea! It was so lovely and all the attention to detail, even the flowers that Rosie had done were the flowers in my bouquet 30 years ago, it was so lovely!
Dr Amir then added: "Are you a little bit hungover then Lorraine? I can see there's a glass of wine in each one of those photos!"
