Lorraine Kelly confirms Celebrity Gogglebox stint with daughter Rosie

Lorraine Kelly has posted a birthday tribute to her daughter Rosie Kelly Smith on Instagram with a throwback pic. The ITV presenter shared a snap of Rosie and both her parents celebrating her 21st birthday in a restaurant, as the trio enjoying a glass of fizz together.

Lorraine Kelly might be on our screens daily as host of Lorraine but behind the scenes the Scots presenter has plenty more going on as she made her Gogglebox debut on Channel 4. Glasgow's Lorraine, her daughter Rosie and their dog Ruby are taking part in the telly watching show after the 26-year-old recently returned from Singapore, where she lived.

Lorraine Kelly and her daughter Rosie Smith are two of the new names who will be appearing on the show for the first time, as the presenter announced on her ITV Daytime show Lorraine yesterday (25 May).

The 61-year-old morning TV sensation is to be joined by her 25-year-old daughter to take part in the television watching television show. Lorraine confirmed the news while hosting her own morning show on Monday during an interview with Nick Grimshaw – who himself is returning to Gogglebox with his niece following their successful appearance in the 2020 series of the Channel 4 show.

Caerphilly-based Dave and Shirley, said their temporary goodbyes to Channel 4 viewers on social media, confirming they wouldn't be returning until September. But there's no need to worry, as it looks like there'll be something to fill the void landing on the channel very soon.
