A sexual offender who ‘upskirted’ a woman on a summer’s day at Manchester Piccadilly train station has been spared jail.
Andrew Mackie, 51, used a mobile phone to take pictures of the victim’s bare legs, skirt and crotch area as she sat waiting for a train on Platform 7 in July 2020.
Mackie - who is also known as ‘Smoggie’ according to court documents - was confronted by police officers at the station.
