Leigh-Anne Pinnock has revealed she’s bagged a movie role and will make her acting debut, just days after Jesy Nelson’s temporary departure from Little Mix. Leigh-Anne will join an all-black cast to star in British Christmas-themed romantic comedy Boxing Day.The announcement comes after 29-year-old Jesy’s decision to temporarily leave the chart-topping girl band for “private medical reasons”.

Joining him on the call sheet are How to Get Away with Murder alum Aja Naomi King, Leigh-Anne Pinnock of the British girl group Little Mix (in her first film role), and Golden Globe and BAFTA-winner Marianne Jean-Baptiste (Secrets & Lies).

Now, after Jesy Nelson recently confirmed she's taking a break from the girlband, it's been said that Jade could be going into a career in TV presenting.

Naman Ramachandran Jesy Nelson, 29, of popular British music group Little Mix, is taking some time off for medical reasons.“Jesy is having extended time off from Little Mix for private medical reasons,” a statement from the group’s PR Simon Jones said.

Strictly Come Dancing judge Motsi Mabuse has said that if she were on the show on Sunday she "might've saved" Max George and sent home Maisie Smith. Motsi was unable to appear as she is now self isolating after she had to rush back to Germany, where she lives, as there was a break in at the dance school she runs.
