Lionsgate Grows Streaming Subscribers to 14.6M

ViacomCBS reported its fourth-quarter financials on Wednesday, which includes the studio getting to 19.2 million U.S. streaming subscribers, up 71 percent year-over-year.

Starz's Lionsgate Play streaming app has set its first original Indian series, a remake of Lionsgate Television's Casual comedy. The Indian version will be directed by Kunal Kohli, the Bollywood helmer of Hum Tum and Fanaa, and will star Lara Dutta and Prateik Babbar.
