Early Life Born in Chesterfield, Derbyshire, Millie actually first started her life far from the lure of football pitches, as her early love was actually horses.
Fully invested in equestrianism from her youngest years, Millie was an avid rider and fan of spots involving all things equine. Although Millie clearly loved being outdoors, it wasn’t always easy for the youngster as she spend large portions of her childhood in hospital after having developed pneumonia as a baby, which later lead to asthma.
She went on to attend Sheffield Road School and Killamarsh Junior School followed by Eckington School - and first developed a taste for football at the tender age of nine. Inspired by watching a friend play on the pitch, Millie decided to follow in their footsteps and sign up for a local team in Derbyshire, the Killamarsh Dynamos.
