England Lioness star Jill Scott has reportedly joined the 2022 I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! line-up after signing up to appear on the upcoming series of the show. 35 year old Jill, who was part of England’s historic Euro 2022 win earlier this year, has since retired from the sport, meaning that she has a lot more space in the diary now that she isn’t training for matches.
During her time on the pitch, the midfielder became known for her energetic persona and was even captured swearing at a member of Germany’s Euro squad during the tense final. As a result, a TV insider told The Sun that Jill was a “natural choice” when it came to reaching out to members of the Lioness squad to see who would be interested in entering the I’m A Celeb jungle.
They said: “Jill became an instant star following that memorable moment, with most Brits forgiving the minor outburst. “It was always rumoured that ITV wanted one of the team in the jungle and Jill is a natural choice.” And following her appearance at the National Television Awards on Thursday 13 October, it's clear that Jill is no stranger when it comes to being in front of the camera.
