Lindsay Lohan has sent fans on social media into a frenzy after "liking" several comments about a "baby bump".The 35 year old, who recently confused the public with the pronunciation of her name, took to her Instagram feed to share a sweet photo of herself and beau Bader Shammas looking loved-up as they celebrated their engagement.The snap showed Lindsay looking gorgeous in a black dress with her mane styled down into loose waves as her other half posed in a black shirt and grey jeans.The pair were all smiles as they stood in front of a white cake that had "she said yes" written in icing across the front. In the caption, she simply wrote: "My forever," with a red heart emoji.
