Linda Robson has joked that her family locked her in the house to prevent her getting eye lift surgery.The presenter, 63, appeared on Loose Women on Thursday morning during a discussion about the potential dangers of cosmetic surgery, during which Linda revealed she’d once almost gone through a procedure herself. Speaking openly about her previous plans to get an eye lift, Linda said: “I did book to have my eyes lifted once.
“So I went along to see the surgeon, ‘cause I hate these droopy bits in my eyes and I hate my neck as well but I didn’t consider my neck… “And then on the day that I was going, my husband and my son were there and they said ‘where you going’? Incredulous, co-panellist Denise Welsh asked: “They locked you in the house?”.
“Well, they just said, ‘no, mum you don’t need it done, you’re going to have black eyes, what if something goes wrong’ and all that. In the end they scared me, so I didn’t go.” The discussion comes after Katie Price debuted a new look after receiving cosmetic surgery, rumoured to be an eye and brow lift.
Elsewhere in the discussion, panellist Carol McGiffin opened up on plastic surgery and her husband's reaction to her facelift. Journalist and author Carol, 61, has been married to Mark Cassidy, who is 22 years her junior, since 2018.
