You don’t have to be a fan of rom-coms (and this writer is definitely not a fan) to enjoy “The Proposal.” The film, which stars Ryan Reynolds and Sandra Bullock, has the two performers at the top of their charismatic games in a silly, but genuinely funny rom-com.
