The legal paperwork alleges that employees were forced to work more than 40 weekly hours, or even seven consecutive workdays, without receiving overtime pay. The lawsuit, which also names Lisa's business partners Guillermo and Nathalie Zapata, further alleged a shoddy operation at SUR, claiming that staff hours are not properly tracked and are manipulated.
