Kitty Scott-Claus said "so many naughty things" on the set of 'Celebrity Masterchef. ' The 30-year-old drag queen - whose real name is Louie Westwood - is set to return to screens in a celebrity edition of the BBC cooking series but "knew" that several of her jokes would be cut from the final edit and would give the crew various options in case her innuendos were not pre-watershed friendly. She said: "Forget jokes about 'putting a toad in the hole' and 'loving a bit of sausage I said so many naughty things, I knew they would be cut.
In fact I used to say to the camera crews, 'I don't think they can use that pre-watershed. . .
let me give you another option! "The thing is, I had to remember where I was. I wasn't in the clubs anymore. It's a different crowd on the BBC, darling.
However, the TV star - who placed third in the 2021 series of 'Ru Paul's Drag Race' behind Ella Vaday and Krystal Versace - admitted she was still "thrilled" to take part in 'Celebrity Masterchef' because she is only the second drag queen to take part after her 'Drag Race' alum Baga Chipz had done "so bloody badly" on the show back in 2020 and failed to impress judges John Torode and Gregg Wallace. She told The Daily Star's HotTV Column: I was just thrilled to be asked. The only other drag queen to be on MasterChef was Baga Chipz and she did so bloody badly! I thought, 'I'd better fake it til I make it!" 'Celebrity Masterchef' returns to BBC One on Wednesday (10.
08. 22) at 8pm and will also feature the likes of McFly singer Danny Jones and former 'Chucklevision' star Paul Chuckle, with Kitty's episode set to air at a later date.
