North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has reportedly made his first public appearance in nearly three weeks amid rumours he had died.
South Korean media say the dictator attended a completion ceremony at a fertiliser factory in the South Pyongan Province city of Sunchon.
According to Yonhap, his sister Kim Yo Jong was also there in the leader's first public outing since April 11.
However, according to The Mirror, no images of the ribbon-cutting event have been released.
