After his arm went numb, he feared he was having a medical emergency and went to the local hospital, TMZ reports. He “ended up being fine” and was able to attend the film festival that same night.
During a speech at the festival, he told the audience the event “made him appreciate life a lot more.”
Spacey has been out of the limelight for years after being accused of sexual misconduct.
He was found not guilty back in July 2023 on nine charges of sexual assault, indecent assault and causing a person to engage in penetrative sexual activity in the U.K.
