The Palace hasn't released any details on how Kate Middleton will be celebrating her 38th birthday today, but the press got a photograph of her that reveals where she is. Kate is at home in London. She was shot driving out of Kensington Palace with her son Prince Louis. The Duchess of Cambridge was dressed down in a green jacket.
