Tom Parker's widow, Kelsey Parker, has paid tribute to the late singer on Father's Day. After rising to fame as a singer in the popular boyband The Wanted, Tom sadly passed away in March last year following a two-year battle with an incurable brain tumour. Kelsey, 32, shared an emotional social media post remembering Tom with her 412k followers on Instagram today.
She uploaded a sweet video of herself with her late husband and their two children, Aurelia, three, and two year old Bodhi. In the heartwarming footage, Tom is holding their son Bodhi while Kelsey has their daughter Aurelia on her hip as the couple danced and sang along to Tom's 2011 The Wanted hit, Glad You Came. In a note to Tom, Kelsey penned in the caption: "Celebrating you today." Alongside a red heart emoji, the mum of two added: "Always loved, forever missed." Tom's bandmate, Nathan Massey, took to the comments to show his desire to make Tom proud on Father's Day.
"Let’s make him proud today," the singer wrote alongside red heart emojis. Other friends of Kelsey and Tom also showed their love by responding to the post in the comments. Beside red heart, sunflower and sun emojis, TOWIE star Debbie Wright penned: "And what a celebration it should be." While singer Pixie Lott, Gogglebox star George Baggs and The Apprentice's Tom Skinner all left an array of red love heart emojis.
Since Tom's tragic death, Kelsey has been inundated with support from their fans, and today's tribute didn't go amiss. "Tom has touched so many hearts," one fan gushed. "Much love to you and the kids." "What a lovely treat to see this face on my feed this morning," another added.
