The 'Because of You' hitmaker filed legal documents with the California Labour Commission in October in which she alleged Brandon Blackstock and his father Narvel's company, Starstruck Management Group, had charged her outlandish fees during her 13 years with the firm and also accused the firm of violating California Labor Code and charging exhorbitant commission fees.

Kelly Clarkson's estranged husband Brandon Blackstock has hit back in their ongoing legal battle. Last year, the singer claimed Blackstock and his company had defrauded her out of a large sum of cash by charging her excessive fees.

Brandon Blackstock, 44, is fighting back against “each and every allegation” that his estranged wife Kelly Clarkson made, according to court documents filed with the California Labor Commission in Nov. 2020 and obtained by HollywoodLife on Jan. 26. In Oct. 2020, Kelly had accused her ex of defrauding her out of millions, after Brandon and his father Narvel Blackstock‘s Starstruck Management Company accused the talk show host of owing $1.4 million in commissions in a Sept. 2020 lawsuit.
