Addressing Katie and her legal team following the plea, Judge Stephen Mooney warned she is "at risk of going to prison".
He said: "Clearly you have accepted responsibility for an offence.That means you are at risk of going to prison." Mum-of-five Katie was arrested on 21 January at her mucky mansion, held for 12 hours and questioned at Worthing Police Station over the allegations. A Sussex Police spokesperson confirmed to the Mirror at the time: "On Friday, January 21, officers arrested a woman on suspicion of breaching a restraining order.
"Katie Price, 43, has since been charged — breach of a restraining order. She will appear at Crawley magistrates' court on Tuesday, April 12." Katie's text to Kieran regarding his other read: “Tell your c***ing wh**e, piece of s**t, girlfriend not to start on me.
