On Tuesday (March 22), Katie, 35, filed for divorce from Tom, 39, at the Los Angeles Superior Court, People confirms.

The Vanderpump Rules stars announced on March 15 that they were splitting up after more than 12 years together.
During a recent interview, Tom was asked about their breakup, and he said that the split was “all on me.”
Then on the new episode of her podcast, an emotional Katie revealed what led to their split, saying it was “probably the hardest and most painful decision” she’s ever made in her life.
Several days after announcing their split, Tom and Katie were spotted grabbing lunch together at a restaurant in Studio City, Calif, as seen in photographs obtained by TMZ.
Katie and Tom married in 2016, but didn’t file the official paperwork to be legally wed until 2019.
