Soon to be mum-of-two Kate Ferdinand has shared that she couldn't stop crying after her two-year-old son Cree was rushed into A&E after he suffered an elbow injury.The former TOWIE star, 31, opened up about the terrifying ordeal on her podcast Blended, where she revealed that Cree had to spend two days in hospital, before having to be rushed back in after his cast got wet. Kate shared that Cree's elbow had been pulled out of its socket by another child.The situation then worsened when they returned home and Cree needed to be bathed. However, this was rather difficult as doctors had advised that his hand couldn't get wet, but despite Kate, and husband Rio Ferdinand's, best efforts, the hand became soaked.
Recalling the scary experience, Kate said: "I'd been quite strong up until this moment and I just burst into tears and we ended up back in A&E that night because I'd bloody soaked the hand. 'I felt like a terrible mum. How had they given me one instruction to not get the hand wet, and I'd got the f***ing hand wet." She added: "I just burst into tears.
I couldn't stop crying. But that feels like a lifetime ago now." Cree had another hospital rush earlier this year after he broke his finger in a "freak accident". Posting to her Instagram page Kate shared a snap of her little boy in hospital, as he lay under blankets with a bandage and cast on his forefinger.The two-year-old youngster was wearing a cartoon print hospital gown and had an array of animal stickers on his bandage to cheer him up.
