Kate Ferdinand has taken to social media to update fans on her pregnancy progress, revealing that she tore her stomach muscles back in October.The mum to be was answering a Q&A on her Instagram Stories when a fan asked, "How are you feeling? I'm 9 days overdue and struggling!!"Alongside a mirror snap of her speedily growing baby bump, Kate replied, "I'm surprisingly not feeling too bad the last few weeks.
