The Royal Family are just like most people when it comes to enjoying a drink and usually have a glass of alcohol to celebrate special occasions or to wind down in the evening after a busy day.
The royals are well-known for indulging in their favourite alcoholic beverage from time to time whether it be a refreshing gin and tonic or a simple beer, OK! reports.
The King and Queen are big fans of wine but the Prince and Princess of Wales are believed to have more diverse choices with some stemming back to their party-filled days at the University of St Andrews.
Among these choices is a very expensive £15 cocktail and another student staple drink which the couple loved so much they decided to serve it at their 2011 wedding.
The couple, who are both parents now, are thought to enjoy simple drinks nowadays over anything else but there was one cocktail from their party days which went on to play a special part in their big day together.
Kate and William were known to have enjoyed a drink called ‘Crack Baby’ which was served at the now-closed West London club Boujis and was made up of a mix of vodka, Champagne and passion fruit juice.
The Prince of Wales also showed his wilder side during his time as his student as he is believed to have enjoyed sambuca shots and an extortionate cocktail called 'Treasure Chest' which is a combination of peach liquor, brandy and champagne.
