The Prince and Princess of Wales enjoyed a fun-filled day in Birmingham on Thursday, as they played darts and tried their hands at making Indian street food. Kate, 41, and Prince William, 40, visited the city in the Midlands to celebrate its diverse culture by meeting future leaders in the arts and creative industries on 20 April. This Morning host Alison Hammond, who hails from Birmingham, excitedly met the Royal couple as they attended an event at The Rectory - a dynamic venue overlooking the city’s historic Jewellery Quarter.
Alison, 48, got stuck into a game of interactive darts in the 180 Club at the venue alongside William and Kate. William looked competitive as he attempted to beat his opponents, with everyone's scores displayed on a board in the venue. Alison even comically stretched her muscles as she geared up to take her shot and try to beat William's and Kate's scores.
The TV presenter made sure to snap a selfie with Kate and William and promised fans she'll tell all about her Royal experience on This Morning on Friday morning. "These two are Everything !! @princeandprincessofwales Thanks for popping by in birmingham . Next time dinner at my place," Alison wrote on Instagram.
