Kanye West dubbed Piers Morgan a “Karen” in an interview that came days after the rapper posted an anti-semitic tweet and just weeks following his 'White Lives Matter' controversy. The 45 year old slammed the TalkTV host as he appeared on his show Uncensored as part of a two-hour interview special.

A post directed at the Jewish community led to West being suspended from Instagram and later Twitter, where he wrote that he “[would be] going death con 3 [sic] On JEWISH PEOPLE”.While not referencing West directly, UMG have now shared a statement in which they promoted an ongoing partnership with the American Jewish Committee.“There is no place for antisemitism in our society,” the statement read.

Kanye West will face a 250 million dollar (£221 million) lawsuit brought by the family of George Floyd, following recent remarks the rapper made about his death. Lawyers representing the family issued a cease and desist letter to West and said his comments were a “repugnant attempt to discount George Floyd’s life and to profit from his inhumane death”.
