EXCLUSIVE: Estate Media – the network headed by Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles star Josh Flagg has set its forthcoming slate.
The slate features series which the company said will unravel across “a variety of social platforms and podcasts networks.”
“Estate Media is thrilled to introduce a diverse array of new shows that meet the growing demand for real estate content, whether it is via digital, streaming, or OOH,” Flagg said in a statement.
“Our programming slate offers something for everyone, from AI-driven home designs to in-depth tours of athlete homes and content from some of the biggest names in real estate throughout the U.S. We’re committed to delivering entertaining and informative content that not only captivates viewers but also elevates their understanding and appreciation of the real estate world in a fun way.”
Select titles in the slate include the series AI Homes by Jonathan Carson and the creators of HGTV’s popular Zillow Gone Wild. The series synopsis reads: Through the creative minds of Zillow Gone Wild, and Jonathan Carson, AI Homes sets out to do the unthinkable….create the wildest celebrity dream homes that don’t exist anywhere except the boundaries of creativity and the limits of generative AI. Launched this month, new episodes are available weekly on Estate Media’s YouTube channel. Athlete Home Tours will feature NBA TV host Austin Mills as he tours the luxury homes of athletes. In connection with the investment, Kushner will be joining the board of directors for A24, best known for such films as “Civil War,” “Everything Everywhere All at Once,” “Moonlight” and “Uncut Gems,” and TV series “Euphoria,” “Beef,” “Ramy” and “The Sympathizer.” Financial details and exact figures were not disclosed by A24 and Thrive Capital, but sources confirm to Variety the investment from Thrive Capital gives it a valuation of about $3.5 billion — a 40% increase since A24’s first round of funding, which was $225 million at $2.5 billion in 2022.
