Josh Duggar has been officially sentenced in his child pornography case after being found guilty in court.
The 34-year-old – known for being the oldest child on 19 Kids and Counting – was charged back in December 2021 with one count each of receiving and possessing child pornography.

According to TMZ, he was just sentenced to 12 and a half years behind bars. One of the charges from back in December 2021 – the possession charge – was taken off in an agreement between his legal team and the court.
Duggar was arrested back in April 2021 when it was discovered that he possessed images of young children, some reportedly under the age of 12. He faced up to 20 years in prison and $250,000 in fines for each count.
His wife Anna gave birth to their seventh child late last year.
