However, since she and her husband, fellow former 'Strictly' pro James Jordan, stepped away from the BBC One series and became parents to two-year-old daughter Ella - a miracle baby who arrived in February 2020 thanks to IVF after the couple spent years trying to conceive - Ola's energy and focus has been on her which has meant she has neglected her fitness.
