Jordan Fisher opened up about being diagnosed with an eating disorder while his wife was pregnant.
28-year-old Sweeney Todd star and his wife Ellie welcomed their first child together in June 2022.
During a recent interview, Jordan opened up about the challenging diagnosis that he faced in the midst of the pregnancy and how he was doing months later.

While on The Drew Barrymore Show, Jordan told host Drew Barrymore that the diagnosis came when Ellie was about four or five months pregnant.
“I just knew that I had reflux and like all of these things that were making it difficult for me to eat and didn’t realize that there were all of these traumas from my childhood that I needed to work through in therapy,” he explained.
During that time he was at the end of a contract, and he said it was “very, very difficult, physical times.” Jordan lost approximately 30 pounds.
“I’ve actually never talked about this out loud on a platform like this at all,” he shared. “And man, I’m so glad that I made it through that desert because here we are now talking to you. I am so much stronger.”
