Jordan Banjo has welcomed his third child with wife Naomi and shared the unique name they've chosen for their newborn son. Diversity star Jordan, 30, took to Instagram on 23 April to share the happy news with his fans and shared a sweet black and white photograph of Naomi, 31, holding their baby son in hospital. New dad-of-three Jordan, who also shares son Cassius, four, and daughter Mimi, three, with Naomi, also revealed they've decided to name their new addition Atreus Funso Banjo.
"Atreus Funso Banjo 20.04.2023 8lb 8oz," Jordan penned. "I’m so proud of you @naomibanjo, my angel, my wife and the most incredible mum to our children, thank you for our 3 beautiful children, a gift I can never repay, I love you." Atreus' name is very unique and also has an interesting meaning. The moniker is primarily a male name and is of Greek origin.
Atreus means 'fearless' and 'brave', according to Babynames.com. In Greek mythology, Atreus was a king of Mycenae in the Peloponnese, father of Agamemnon and Menelaus. Atreus is also the name of an asteroid and a video game character in God of War.
Naomi and Jordan were inundated with congratulatory messages after sharing their happy news on Instagram on Sunday morning, with many fellow celebs flocking to wish the couple and their baby son well. Former TOWIE star Mario Falcone said: "Congratulations to you all mate," and Fleur East said: "Congratulations," with three red heart emojis. "Beautiful boy, welcome to the family," Francesca Banjo, Jordan and Naomi's sister-in-law, penned.
