Katie Price has gushed over her son Harvey as he's managed to drop one stone since embarking on his weight loss journey.The 18 year old, who is partially blind, autistic and suffers from Prader-Willi syndrome, was warned by doctors that his original 29 stone weight could "kill him" which led to him taking his exercise and diet seriously.

The 42-year-old, who recently exclusively revealed to OK! that she is engaged to partner Carl Woods, documented her and Harvey's day trip to her terminally ill mum's back garden for her YouTube channel.
