Jonnie Irwin has been branded "amazing" by fans after he stepped out at a glamorous event with TV and radio star Nicki Chapman. The A Place In the Sun presenter, 49, who last year announced that he has terminal lung cancer that's since spread to his brain, was pictured with his former Escape to the Country co-presenter Nicki, 56. Jonnie shared a photo of the awards event on Friday, 1 September, to Instagram – in the red carpet pic he wore a white shirt with a black suit jacket and beige trousers, plus brown shoes.
Nicki wore a silver sequinned dress paired with strappy silver sandals. Fans showered Jonnie with compliments on Instagram. One fan said: "How many ways can you say 'you look great'.

While a third simply commented: "Jonnie you look amazing." Nicki Chapman also added her thoughts on the event hosted by the property magazine, First Time Buyer, saying: "A brilliant day & room full of incredible people helping first time buyers get on that property ladder! We all know how tough that can be - especially at the moment. She finished: "Lovely to catch up Jonnie - big hugs to all the fam too." Jonnie has been making the most of the summer holidays by spending time with his wife of seven years, Jessica, and their children Rex, four, and twins Rafa and Cormac, three, including a getaway to the Northumberland coast. Photos showed Jonnie with his sister, as well as with his kids on the beach in sun-soaked weather.
Jessica appeared in another picture, relaxing on a paddle board. Jonnie recently opened up about palliative care during an interview on TV show Morning Live. He
