A Fairfax County Virginia judge revealed that the lawsuit would have to be delayed until a future date, not because of filming on Fantastic Beasts 3, where the 57-year-old actor stars as Gellert Grindelwald, but because of coronavirus.
Circuit Court Chief Judge Bruce White has pushed the trial back from January 11, 2021 to to May 3, 2021, Deadline reports.
