star Jef Holm filed for a temporary restraining order against fellow star Robby Hayes, which the court has granted, according to court documents obtained by ET.Holm starred in season 8, in which he proposed to Emily Maynard, while Hayes was first introduced to Bachelor Nation when he competed in season 12 of the reality dating show for Jojo Fletcher. In court documents, Holm states that Hayes is an «old roommate,» but he is now fearful of him.

But the actor’s legal team told The Post the alleged victim, a Swedish model, only stepped forward with the accusation after Kinnaman had gone to the police himself and gotten the restraining order.Kinnaman claimed in a recent social media thread that he was being extorted by model Gabriella Magnusson, who goes by the name Bella Davis.

Bella Davis responded to actor Joel Kinnaman's claim that she was extorting him for money on social media. On Friday, Kinnaman claimed Davis is trying to extort him for money by telling the media that they did not have consensual sex during a brief fling the two had back in 2018.  In response, the model shared screenshots of conversations between herself and the "Suicide Squad" actor as well as conversations with Kinnaman's agent.
