Joe Wicks has become a dad for the third time after his wife Rosie gave birth at home.The 36 year old excitingly announced the new arrival on Instagram, sharing adorable snaps of the himself and Rosie holding the newborn, and their older children meeting their sibling. In the caption, he revealed the baby's gender, telling fans: "It’s a girl. "Rosie gave birth at 4.32am this morning at home to an 8lb healthy baby in the birthing pool.Thank you to Emily & Helen our wonderful midwives who where there every step of the way.Time to rest now.

Another snap shows the couple's eldest child, four year old Indie, beaming as she poses beside her dad and new sibling.
