To say Jessica Hayes didn’t have the best 2021 would be an understatement.The star endured a heartbreaking split from fiancé Dan Lawry last spring, just six months after the couple lost their second child, a little boy named Teddy, to a late miscarriage at 19 weeks. Determined to pick herself up and carry on for two-year-old son Presley, the Love Island series one winner said she decided to make a huge change in her lifestyle. “I never focused on myself, I just wasn’t living a healthy lifestyle,” the 28-year-old explains.
“I got to a point where I didn’t feel confident and just felt rubbish.
