Jen Reberger Named SVP Human Resources For Disney Entertainment Television

After a brief stint at healthcare product maker Medtronic, 15-year Disney veteran Jen Reberger is returning to the entertainment conglom as SVP Human Resources for Disney Entertainment Television. Her hire, effective May 1, was announced in a note to staff by Dana Walden, co-chairman, Disney Entertainment.
Reberger is assuming the position previously held by Sonia Coleman, who was elevated to SVP and chief human resources officer for The Walt Disney Company in March.
During her 15-year career at Disney, Reberger rose through the ranks, serving in human resources and DE&I leadership roles across multiple businesses, spanning consumer products, digital games, television and streaming content. She most recently was VP Human Resources for Disney’s TV operation.
“Jen’s experience, knowledge and passion for fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration will be invaluable to our organization,” Walden said in her memo. You can read it in full below:
